Horizontal (assume right leg lead):)
Self-reversing...
Combo #1
- Turn-straddle-turn--aka: horseshoe (8)
- 1/2 Around the world; or cue knee-straddle-knee
exit-turning back toward center of board (8)
- Knee off right end, left foot lead (4)
- Squat 2x across long way of board--or--Pendulum*
across (8)
- Knee back to front (4)
Combo #2
- Alternating knee straddle 3x--remain straddling the
bench (12)
- Charleston kick left foot 1x-now on other side
of board(4)
- Side leg lifts 3x (12) (can make them power holds)
- Walk around bench (4)
*Pendulum (across the long length of board) - (1) step
up with lead foot, (2) bring second foot to bench and
swing out lead foot to the side, (3) bring lead foot back
to bench and swing out second foot to side (4) step down
second, swing lead, (5) step down lead, swing second, (6)
step down second, swing lead, (7) step down lead on other
side of bench, (8) step down second. So it's like step
up, swing 5x's, down-down.
