Combo 1: 32 counts (right lead starts)
- 1/2 L-step (4)
- Cross the top (over long way of bench) (4)
- Cross back over the top (4)
- Long hop turn (so you end on the short end of
bench) (4)
- Step left foot on bench, lift right knee,
straddle (4)
- Step right foot on bench, lift left knee,
straddle (4)
- Hop forward once (still straddling bench) (2)
- Hop backwards once (2)
- Step right foot on bench, lift left knee++ (2)
- Exit left side of bench (2)
If you want to repeat with left lead, after hops, step
left foot on bench, lift right knee, then exit right side
of bench.
++Increase intensity:
After hopping backwards:
- Hop both feet on bench, lift knee (2)
- Exit off side of bench(2)
Combo 2: 32 counts:

- Step down with left foot, tap right on floor (2)
- Pivot over left shoulder (2)
- March right, left on floor (2)
- Travel hamstring curls (starting to left with

- Cross the top (facing left side, right foot
crossing first)(4)
- U-turn (small turnstep staying at the corner of
bench)(2)
- Step off bench (2)
To get to left lead, do 2 jacks back instead of the
U-turn (4).
