This is a Step pattern from (pattern 7295)

Combo 1: 32 counts (right lead starts)

If you want to repeat with left lead, after hops, step left foot on bench, lift right knee, then exit right side of bench.

++Increase intensity:
After hopping backwards:

Combo 2: 32 counts:

xxxxxxxxxx (starting here)

To get to left lead, do 2 jacks back instead of the U-turn (4).
