Jen's Step Routine#1

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 7299)

#1 (start in a basic position)


*Leading right you will take the left knee off the end and squat 1x without taking the right foot off the step next leading left run run on the step and down down off the back into a basic position

#2 (start from the down down off of #1)


*When you finish marching around you will be in position to go into a turnstep



*Leading right, turn straddle, and step up right and do a reverse 1/4 pivot and tap down, you will finish in the same position that you started)

**Leading right step up with right foot like you are going to do a turnstep and lift left knee up 1x and set left foot on step, then lift right knee up and set right foot on floor like you were going to finish a turnstep but instead of tapping down lift the left knee up which was on the step and bring it down to the floor into a left lead march for 2 counts - so after you lift the left knee march or jog left right on the floor.

***After the 2 knee repeat instead of tapping down just step down down and walk back around the edge 4 counts and you will end in a position like you were going to do a left lead turnstep

These are a few combinations that I do in one of my routines. I know it seems like a lot of explaining but-they are fun, and flow well together!!!
