Who Wants To Be a Fitnessaire?????

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7303)

First you need to come up with multiple choice questions related to fitness with one right answer and three wrong answers.

Then put these questions on poster board so your class can read the questions and the choices, that you don't have to keep repeating them.

You can give the class lifelines like asking the rest of the class, asking one person in the room, or having you take away two wrong answers.

Each person in the class gets one question and they get to use only one lifeline which they get to choose. If they get it wrong they do a drill for one minute (ex. sprint, climb,etc.). If they get the question right they do a drill for 30 seconds. You can choose to do the same drill for all the questions or you can change drills with each quesion.

My class really had fun with this. It's a great way to get your class working together and it makes the time go by fast.
