1/2 turn, 1/2 turn, 3/4 turn, full turn?

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7305)

This combo adds spice to your cardio box class. The members love this. I got the idea from a FITTOUR workshop with Gin Miller:


Facing the front of the room, in on gaurd position:

Repeat this several times...heart rates will go up!

The 1/4 turn to the right is explained: with feet together, hop 90 degrees to face the right wall..2 count, hop to face the front again..2 count.

Next, to do the 1/2 turn: hop 180 degrees to face the back wall...2 count, then hop to face the front of the room again...2 count.

Do the same thing for the 1/4 turn and 1/2 turn to the left but this time, go left.

If participants like this...which they will: for fun, do 3/4 turns and full turns. They have fun trying to turn 360 degrees!

This should bring a lot of laughs and smiles to their faces. Have fun this this! Good luck.
