Frannies Hi/Low 4

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 7311)

Hello everyone! It has been a very long time since I have submitted choreography to I have been soo busy. I would like to thank all the wonderful responses you have sent to me. I look forward to hear from you soon. I actually would like to let everyone know that I am studying for my Ace exam. I hope I pass.

I would like to ask that if you read my choreography that you can take the time to email me and answer some simple questions:
1. Are you Ace and or Affa certified?
2. Do you participate in fitness conferences?
3. Where are you from?
4. How much do you pay for workshops, include average credit allocation.
5. What time of day and what days do you like to participate in your workshops, and what is the longest length of time you would like to tolerate before leaving your workshop?
6. Is there a need for new presenters in your area?

I am currently working on getting some workshops together in the very near future. I would love to come to your area.
Thank You!

Enjoy the combos!

Combination #1-warm-up

You are ready to start the beginning combination on a left foot lead!

Combination #2(mini-combo)

The combinations given today are for an intermediate class. You can take the warm-up pattern and incorporate it into your low or high impact cardio routine instead of using it for a warm-up by adding propulsions, deeper movements or directional changes (I will get into more of this on my next choreography submission). Any questions, you can email me anytime. If I don't email you back it will only be because I cannot access your email. So resend if you dont hear from me within a week.

Thanks alot. Look forward to talking with you!
