Amber's June Newbody

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 7322)

Music speed 130 - 138 bpm. Light handweights 1/2 kg - 2kg Upper body movements in ( ) Begin with arms at chest height for sections 1 and 2

Rhythm curl: start with double legcurls as holding pattern while you demonstrate pulse squat for 2, bringing leg up into legcurl as you come up from the second pulse, then step it down into 2 pulse squats bringing other leg up next time. Remind them, the leg that comes up is the opposite to the one they stepped onto, just like normal legcurls

Handcuffs: 8 count move, fits in with the step touches. Assume right leg lead: right arm behind body (back pockets) (2) left arm behind (2) both ams lift up and down (still behind body) (2) both arms execute a bicep curl in front of body (2)
