Exertube Abs

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7325)

Begin by sitting on the end of your step or mat. Take your exertube (with handles), place the tubing around your feet and put the handles together and hold with both hands. Bring the tubing up towards your chest, arms close into the body and lean back slowly. For your obliques just rotate slightly. For safety be sure your abs are in tight and breathe. Keep those arms in close. And keeping the abs tight this will protect your spine. Good luck and thanks everyone for your awesome input.
