Easy 32 count combo

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7333)

Step is horizontal. start with right lead

Repeat on left lead for full 64 count combo

** Rotating hamstring curls
I start this combo with 4 ham curls (right, left, right, left) all on the floor on the south side of the step, facing north. You can introduce the rotating option by demonstration:

You are now ready to go directly into the right squat

Note: The rotation does not change the foot pattern at all and at no time during the ham curls do you actually touch the step. I find that telling the class this helps them - they find it hard to resist, especially after introducing the rotation.
