Work the Body

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7342)

Work the body is a statement that you will hear being shouted from the stands at a Boxing arena!!!!

Ok here we go!

Remember to pivot with that cross.
Your cross reaches forward, not over there somewhere.
Think or visualize that you have an opponent

Ok let's work the body.
Still in right lead leg

4 X

Now you can execute this routine on the left lead leg

These are not complicated moves.
They are powerful, tight, inside punches.
Use that eccentric contaction , it will give you the muscle tone that you are looking for!

Think like a boxer!
Visualize an opponent.
If you each have your own big bag! Wow what an awesome workout this would be. Play with this on a big bag, or wave master and hone those punches!!!
