This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 7343)

* Double knees up and over (or up and back) is knees up and over (or back) twice on the same side.

** Rock kick - Start by teaching double kicks, then start to rock them by kicking forward, then shifting weight to rock the other foot back, then kicking forward again (like a low rocking horse)
