Vancouver Blast

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 7347)

This is a self reversing warm-up for step. I saw this at a fitness conference in Vancouver and loved it. Use music about 130-134 bpm. (128 is really good too)

Teach this first block first as it self reverses nicely

Now put it all together and you have a great warm-up if you add some dynamic stretches.

V-jam---up wide right/left, then march in on top right/left, stand there and bring your knees out and in 2 times on counts 5 and 6 and march down on counts 7 and 8.
