Deadly Delts (Torture)

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 7355)

Warning: This workout is not for the weak. It will test you mentally and physically. Use a very light weight. You might be sore the next day.

This is a very advanced shoulder workout. Sometimes people in the class feel stupid using such a light weight, but they thank me later. Push your class to really work their delts, but if they get too fatigued have them strech their delts out. You will be surprised at how sore your delts become. Simple tasks like lifting a fork into your mouth become difficult. After the side raises (the ones after the military presses) your shoulders are constantly contracted until the end. Don't cheat by letting your hands come all the way down. Good luck. I hope this is easy to understand.
