Drop- Set Pushups (advanced)

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7356)

There are two variations. They are both advanced and will test your muscular endurance.

These two variations really challenge the chest. You will be suprised at how tough the bent knee pushups are. I use this pattern at the end of an upper body class I teach because it burns out the chest, shoulders, and triceps (your triceps might be sore from the triangle pushups).

I hope this is easily understood. Remeber to PUSH yourself beyond your normal limit (no pun intended).
