Hop Scotch

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7357)

It's just like three alternating leg curls on the side of the bench. Start with your foot closest to the bench and then the foot that is closest to the bench you place on top of the bench and curl then the foot that is on the floor curls and then the foot on top curls again. Meanwhile your hands touch your toes behind you alternating hand to toe.
