Lynda's Jacks

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 7359)

I do 2 different "Jack" patterns. You can do single, power, or double (out out in) jumping jacks for either pattern.

Pattern 1

Repeat this pattern using knee lift to corners, knee lift to side, curls, front kicks, kicks to front corners, kicks to side, kicks to back corrner, kicks to back, & inner thigh lifts
