Julie's 1st KB Combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7373)

(Begin in southpaw stance)

(Still in southpaw stance)

(You should now be in orthodox stance)

You should now be in the position to repeat the whole routine on the left side.

For each combination, I always begin by doing each four count combination seen above as 32 counts so that my class can get familiar with it before moving on.

I learned some of this routine at a Brick Boxing workshop 2 years ago. I worked some of my own moves into it, also. I love it and so do my participants. I find that it flows really well and keeps everyone moving.
