These series can be taking high/low or even low with increased arms.
Once again I'm using North, East, South & West...
As always I take the first rotation as a walk with mild arms, and build it as I build the intensity** of the routine.

I repeat opposite leads still (moving north/west to the
corner) After completing the second set you have your first
32. After finishing I'll take it to the north/east corner
same 32...
That's the 1st 64
(I usually repeat the right lead again which gives you 32) Then I do two mambo circles with the left leading--for another 32
Repeat the same to the East--turning South on second squat, then South--turning East, finish East--turning back to north...That's a 64
I usually start with a walk in pattern A...then move on to a jog....then I'll jog forward and hop back...or pony forward and step touch back (with pec deck arms....)
The best thing about it is that everyone can take it to their comfort level...
