A Complete Hi-Lo Enhancer (From Warmup - Cooldown)

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6595)

The music especially the mp3 which helped me put together this choreography. Special thanks to WINAMP, and all the mp3 sites providing fab music from the 50's to the 90's. Let's start!!

WARM UP:

Now you may get into the stretching mode! Mainly the large muscle groups (hamstring, quads, pects, back etc)

Warm up period anywhere between 7 to 12 minutes. Don't let any fools tell you that it must be only 5 or only 7 minutes.

This is a complete aerobic (hi-lo) workout. Hope you enjoy it.

It is always the music which inspires me to move my feet and come up with a good choreo. (Some examples: Vengaboys, Ricky Martin, Mark Anthony, Gloria Gaynor, Shaft -Sway (mucho mambo), Scatman and of course Miserlou!)

I have kept the choreography symmetrical so the instructors should have no problem teaching boths sides alternatively. I don't like when some try to teach you three to four moves and then repeat the whole process the other side. Gets to be boring!
