Les's Banded Back and Tri's

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6597)

Hi! I have just gone through a handful of the sculpting ideas and didn't see this. If it is a dup, hopefully it will just be a welcome reminder of an old idea!

I love to use the Dynaband for this!

Arms over the head, hands holding the Dynaband. Pull down behind the back. (Like the Lat-Pull down machine).

After a few sets of singles and pulses, I have the class hold the band down behind the back and push out/away from the body. I do singles and pulses here as well.

Dynaband should always have some tension based on participants level.
