This is a Step pattern from (pattern 6640)

Combo 1

(Self-reversing; left leg leads....32 counts)

Combo 2

(Self-reversing; you should be facing the rear of the room=64 counts)

Combo 3

(Self-reversing; you should be facing the rear of the room=32 counts)

Combo 4

(Self-reversing; 32 counts)

One of the classes that I teach is a basic introductory class to step aerobics. I usually introduce my most difficult patterns to my easiest class because they are the most difficult to teach at times and take a lot of repetiveness. However, I have found all of these combinations to be relatively easy to teach. I usually break this up by spending longer intervals on each move, and then incorporating it together. Combo 3 may require some extra time on the "1/2 hop turn," or the "up and straddle," on the 4th combination. Send me any email if you have questions. Thanks...
