Tabletop abs

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 6645)

"Tabletop" position (On back with knees up at 90 degree angle to thighs, lower leg parallel with floor)

I usually do this tempo through twice to get them used to the movement

Tempo now

Progress to lowers and upper crunching at same time.

From same position--

Can also take this up to tempo

Progress to both feet touching the floor and back to tabletop. Keeping toes either touching in close to glutes, or more difficult touching out further away.
