Deep Water Triathalon

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 6680)

Another idea I've used is an all water "triathalon". Start with warm-up and a few lengths just to get them moving and warm and then go to one end of the pool. You can make it any length you wish, but I usually start with 1 minute swim, bike, run then do an easy length and go to the opposite end for some toning work. Then repeat it again for 2 minute swim, 2 minute bike, 2 minute run. By the third repeat which is 3 minutes each, they're tired and moaning and groaning. I have done it for 5 minutes before, but they don't seem to work as hard the whole time. For the swim they can do any movement they prefer as long as it's horizontal. For the bike, pretend like you're sitting on your bike, pedalling with legs slightly out in front, arms alternating pulls or a breaststroke pull, you can also bike on your side; For the run touch inside ankles, outside ankles, or just jog, high knees, wide knees, or sprint.
