Kick-box Connection

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6692)

Hi! Welcome to Kick-Box Connection, beyond an idea.

Remember, before starting the following choreography, you must make a specific warm up of 8-10 minutes. Use music between 130-135 bpm.

We will make 3 combats (combinations) that will be cut after added to form a symmetrical choreography of 32 counts per side, a total of 64 counts.

Start with center position, feet parallel and shoulders width apart. Relax upper body, fists held at cheek level with palms facing each other, elbows down perpendicular to the floor. Boxing attitude.


Repeat with leader left


Repeat with leader right


Repeat with leader left

Once you have teached symmetrically the Kombat A-B-C, the combinations added can be cut among themselves, for example:

Kombat A 8 Counts leader right
Kombat B 8 Counts leader left
Kombat C 16 counts leader right

After repeat Kombat A Left - Kombat B Right - Kombat C Left
