Basic Combo that keeps you moving

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6705)

Hi there, I just want to thank everyone who contributes to this site, I absolutely love it! I have been teaching fitness kick-boxing since October and my classes continue to grow. This is my first attempt to submit a pattern. I apologize if anything is not clear.

Start out with right lead fighter's stance:

Before you start the combo, teach your students the shuffle transition

This is a four count shuffle in the shape of a "U" so it will automatically change your lead. I have the class get comfortable with shuffling back and forth changing from right lead to left lead.

Then we start the combo:

I also do this combo with a right front knee, left back knee (the way your knee comes up to do a back kick) and then change these to a front kick, back kick.

I hope you guys like this one as much as my students do, it's easy to follow and keeps them moving!!
