This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 6708)

Part 1

(Modification: pelvic tilts instead of the reverse curls)

Now you're warmed up & ready to go!

Part 2

(Modification:omit the diagonal reverse curls)

I sometimes insert Part 1 in the middle before working the left side

Part 3

(Modification: pelvic tilts instead of reverse curls)

* 2 sets/12 reps of push-ups
