Crankin' Quick

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 6717)

This is fast moving, easy to follow, and gets your class pumping. I usually use it as my first and last block.. Have fun!

Bench is horizontal

Up-up & lunge : 8 counts, like a basic split, facing side wall

Double transition: hop turn into a straddle 3 times, exiting on #3. Tap up once and repeat it. You should end up exactly where you started
