Nice Warmup!

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 6721)

Start with Right leg lead (48 counts)

I break this down by marching for 8 and then alternating squats from side to side for 4, then slowly decreasing the marches in between and then the squats.

Then I V-step on one side for 4 and then the other, then break it down to alternating V-steps.

On the alternating repeater curls I start with single alternating hamstrings on the step until everyone has the motion and then change it to alternating hamstring repeaters

This is great for any level of class!!!
