Tawni's TNT workout

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6724)

This is a 5 minute routine that should be placed in your class after warm up and cardio. It is for shallow water. Remember, students should wear shoes to protect their back and knees. Please take precautions for students with knee or back injuries. Hope you and your class enjoys this one. I use music at a continual 125 bpm - 32 count phrase. Large movements take 2 counts to complete.
