This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6729)

Combo 1:

Repeat with left.
* When kicking, knees remain slightly bent.
** When punching, the recoil (bringing back) of the arm protects from hyperextending. So be sure to tell them to bring it back FASTER :)

Combo 2:

I change the kicks to front kicks throughout the class.

The important thing to remember is form! To get the extra power in the punches, tell them to pivot. This also protects the knee!
