*Skate - 3 hams on top of the step. I've also heard this called "rollerblade". Here's how to do it: facing the step, step up right (1), hamstring curl with the left (2), left foot to the step (3), curl with the right (4), right foot to the step (5), curl with the left (6), exit left (7) right (8).

**Boomerang - start like you're going over the top (the short way). Step up right left, double lunge with the right foot, right foot back to the step, exit left right. It's an 8-count move. You end up back where you started from, hence the name boomerang. I actually found this move on this website and my class absolutely loves it. The hoot and holler every time we do it.
