# The French connection spring step cardio-kickboxing #3

Here is my ROUND # 3. Hope you enjoy it. Let's start...

Bench is horizontal.

### ROUND #3

- V-step right 3X (12)
- Left front kick (4)

Repeat again for a total of 2X (32)

- Repeater 2 knees left, right front kick, right back
lunge (8) (on left corner)

Repeat again for a total of 4X (32)

- Over the top right (4)
- Mambo left (4)
- Over the top left (4)
- Mambo right (4)

Repeat again from "over the top" for a total of 2X (32)

- X-step right (8) (see in
step dictionary. You are facing west)
- Football run (8) (in a straddle position)

Repeat again from "X-step" for a total of 2X (32)

- Two feet jump onto the step, straddle down (4) (you are
still facing west)

Repeat again for a total of 4X (16)

- Up right, up left, side lunges right-left 6X, down right,
down left (16)

- 1/2 Turnstep right, side kick left, front kick right, side
kick left (8)
- 1/2 Turnstep left, side kick right, front kick left, side
kick right (8)

Repeat again for a total of (32)

This round is not self-reversing

I usually do it twice starting with right foot. Do a little
punches and kicks combo and then, I do it twice starting with
left foot.
