The French connection spring step cardio-kickboxing #3

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6773)

Here is my ROUND # 3. Hope you enjoy it. Let's start...

Bench is horizontal.

ROUND #3

Repeat again for a total of 2X (32)

Repeat again for a total of 4X (32)

Repeat again from "over the top" for a total of 2X (32)

Repeat again from "X-step" for a total of 2X (32)

Repeat again for a total of 4X (16)

Repeat again for a total of (32)

This round is not self-reversing

I usually do it twice starting with right foot. Do a little punches and kicks combo and then, I do it twice starting with left foot.
