Abs to burn for...

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6792)

My class loves both these patterns. The first part is for all levels. The second one is for advanced.

Part 1

* For some people in my class it is easier to do this elbow to knee rather than hand to ankle.

Part 2

This is for the advanced. The main thing to remember is that the vertebrae stay on the floor!! Make sure your class understands this.

How do you know if you are advanced? (I ask my class).... If your spine rises up off the floor when you are doing this ....KEEP BACK FLAT right down to where your hip bones touch the floor. The hips naturally lift off floor this is ok. I use the same count as the one above 4 counts halftime, 8 counts double-time or "pulsing".
