Warmup

Stretches (your choice)

Routine 1

Cardio (5 minutes)

Transitional/Lower body (1-2 minutes)

Upper body with free weights or bands (1-2 minutes)

Routine 2

Cardio (5 minutes)

Transitional/Lower body (1-2 minutes)

Upper body with free weights or bands (1-2 minutes)

Routine 3

Cardio (5 minutes)

Transition/Lower body (1-2 minutes)

Upper body (1-2 minutes)

Routine 4

Cardio (5 minutes)

Lower body (1-2 minutes)

Upper Body (1-2 minutes)

Cooldown with stretching (your choice)

I hope you have fun with this. I know it is kinda long, but I wanted you to get the feel for the format, as well as how to bring it all together in the last routine. Let me know what you think!
