I hope this helps someone out there. This is an awesome way to get new ideas. Thanks to everyone who contributes, I've picked up some new moves for step. As far as spinning music goes, I keep a note book of every song I've used, the name of the CD, what I use it for (sprint/flats/climb etc.) and the time. Makes putting new tapes together a lot quicker if I just need a particular song. Good luck and please send along any helpful info. Thanks Laurel
