Doin' It With A Kick!!!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6811)

Combo 1:

Combo 2:

Repeat combo 1 & 2 to the left!

Have a great time with it! It should get their hearts pumpin'!

Remind your participants to pivot on their hooks, keep an eye on their targets, and to neve lock their knees.

With the blocks your arms are out to the side with a 90 degree angle and make it a strong move. (block, block, clap, clap) as you do the power squat.
