More BamBam-Boxing

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6816)

Combo 1

* Legs are wide, weight is centered, you bottom should be bounching:)

Drills

I have the class find a partner and one is the attacker, the other the retreater..Whistle blows..and they change roles..The point of this is agility..You are focusing on the others moves..I tell them to try and make the other go where they want them to go..This one makes 'um sweat!
