This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6818)

Bench is vertical and all combos are 32 counts and self-reversing.

**X-step: up and straddle x2 and exit the opposite direction.

**Knee backaround: step knee and walk around behind the bench to the other side

**Quick lunge: up on top (1,2) and 3 quick lunges (3,4,5) step knee (6) and exit (7,8)
