Move With ME!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6819)

As with many others, I've plagiarized...I mean stolen...I mean used many of the patterns offered in this site. So here is my offering.

When I teach, I like to use ALL the space in class. Each movement is to a count of 4.

Facing the front mirror, here's what ya do:

Note: for high intensity, take the lunges down to ground or just modify with a cross punch.

Go through the moves twice, on the second time through, when you get back to the starting position from your lunges, do 4 jacks again, but this time add a 1/4 turn (one forward, one to the left wall, one to the back wall, one to the right wall).

Start everything again facing the right wall, then add 1/4 turn jack after the second time through. When you get done, you should have done 2 facing each direction and ended up where you started.

If anyone has more ideas on these sort of movements, I'm always looking of more ways to..."use ALL the space!"
