More BamBam-Boxing

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6830)

Hello Kickers;) Hope you can use this in your class:)

Combo 1

Repeat with the left lead.

*Flick Kicks are done with the toe pointed out. Shoelaces are your point of contact. You can have 3 kicks at shin level, or graduate them from low, medium, to high.
