Hello Kickers;) Hope you can use this in your class:)
Combo 1
- 1. *Right front flick kick (3x)
- 2. Left back kick (1x) watch the knees!
- 3. Right side kick (4x)
- 4. Uppercut right&left (4x)
Repeat with the left lead.
*Flick Kicks are done with the toe pointed out. Shoelaces
are your point of contact. You can have 3 kicks at shin level,
or graduate them from low, medium, to high.
