The french connection step kick-boxer warm-up

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6824)

Hello to all of you out there!! This time, I thought it would be great to give you a warm-up routine. This one works well in my class.

Bench is horizontal. This is self-reversing.

Repeat everything starting left

* Tap around the step: Tap right foot onto the step (1), right foot onto the floor in front of the step (1), tap left foot onto the step (1), left foot onto the floor in front of the step (1): you are now facing back wall. Then again: right foot tap onto the step (1), right foot onto the floor behind the step (1), left foot tap onto the step (1), left foot onto the floor behind the step (1). You are again facing front wall. You just did a 360 turn with the taps. When I teach this I first do 4 taps onto the step right-left on the spot then do 4 taps right-left around the step.
