Round the room
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 6835)
Combination A
- Grapevine right and left (8)
- Two steps right and left (8)
- 360 Toe tap turn x2 (16)
Combo B
- 4 Quick squats (8)
- Flick kick forwards (8)
- Double grapevine right (8)
- 4x Jumping jacks (8)
- 2 x Right knee lift(4)
- 2 x Right foot lift to side (4)
- 4 x Hamstring curl left right left right (8)
- 4 x High kick left
- 4 x Jack backwards
Now repeat Combo B from start reversing moves
You should now be back in start of Combo B position
Combo C
- Grapevine right (4)
- 2 x Left lunges (4)
- Left box step, right box step (8)
- Step curl forwards (start by stepping on left foot) (8)
face front left
- 4 x Jumping jacks (8)
- Tap back left foot first (8)
Now repeat C to take you back to start position reversing all
directions
Combo D
- Diamond grapevine - (16 counts which will take you to
face next wall of room moving anti-clockwise.)
Repeat A B C D - This will take you to face back of room
Repeat A B C D x2 more and you will be back to front
of room.
The routine sounds very complicated and long but it is great
fun. You can cut out Combo A as it is very high impact. I use
this in both beginners as a cut down routine and with advanced
HI/LO
