Pull it BACK

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7063)

I used these dynaband exercises the other day to add a change to the usual work we do with them--the class really liked them a lot, hope they work for you!

Beginning position: sit on the floor, leg extended, back nice and straight, and abdominals tight. Wrap the band around the bottom of your feet, making sure there is an even amount of band on each side of your feet.

Before we start each exercise, I show my class what the motion will look like and then have them adjust their grip to make sure they have the right amount of tension that's right for the exercise and for them individually! Feel free to email me with questions if these aren't clear!!
