Mountain Madness

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 7064)

This ride is all out of the saddle. We even lower the seat to the bottom for this ride. The ride is a progressive climb.

You can do as many sets as time allows. Each set starts with a minute run or rest and ends with a minute standing sprint. In between is a progressive combination of 30 second jumps and 30 second climb. Here is an example.

Set 3

Keep adding a minute of jumps/climb at a higher tension level for each additional set. All the way up to 100% if your class can handle it. Make the more advanced students run and not rest during the first minute of each set.
