Amber's April Newbody

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 7066)

This is a low impact class done with handweights (between 1/2 and 2 kilograms)

Combo 1:

Combo 2:

*Handcuffs: right arm goes behind body to right butt cheek (1,2) left arm does same (3,4) lift both arms up behind body like an upright row but to the back (5,6) both arms do a bicep curl to the front (7,8) So each step touch is 2 counts and has it's own arm movement

Combo 3:

**Arms are as follows:
1st easywalk = pec deck
2nd = flasher arms (rotator cuff as if opening an overcoat and flashing)
3rd = pec deck

Combo 4:

*** Kneevine is like a lungevine but instead of taps you do 3 alternating knees, after the third stepping behind (6,7,8) to repeat to the other side

I finish this class with some legwork, either on the floor on elbows and knees or standing, followed by abdominals and stretch.
