Chug Step for Spring

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 7075)

Bench horizontal
right lead

Repeat from top chugging right foot

Chug step: Lift left knee, tap on floor in FRONT of step, to SIDE of step, in BACK of you. You'll have to pivot your body with each tap; it's like a repeater knee but tapping in 3 directions.

Side lunge on step: Lunge left leg OFF step and right leg ON step
