  • 2 Hamstring curls center
  • 2 Travelling hamstring curls
  • 1 Skate**
  • 2 Travelling hamstring curls
  • 1 Skate
  • 2 Right V-steps
  • 1 L-step
  • Repeat on left

    *Diagonal straddle knee push back - diagonal across left lead, straddle down left/right, left foot up on step and hop back with the right knee lifted.

    **Skate - three hamstring curls on top of the step - step up right, hamstring curl with left foot, left foot back to step, hamstring curl with right foot, right foot back to step, hamstring curl with left foot, then exit left/right.
