32 Count Kickbox Fun!

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7135)

I sometimes use this (and other fun combos) in the end of my cardio kick box class after students know the basic punches/kicks to get them motivated (it works!)

Start facing front

Repeat whole thing to the left.

I sometimes add another 32 count on to in on each side with 8 jabs to the right (8 counts), speed bag to the right (8 counts), then 8 jabs to the left (8 counts), speed bag left (8 counts). Face front but move to the sides of the room (for example as you jab right, look right and move right).
