This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7173)

Block I

Block III

* SSD step touch in place: 3x step touch (right-left-right) (6) then tap side with the left leg (7) and touch back to the right leg (8). I take my arms 3 times clap and then only my left arm to high side.

* Repeater knee up: step right diagonal front (1) then lift your left knee up for 3 times (6) 2x step back to start (left-right) (7+8). Now left leg leads. I take my arms like running arms!

* SSD knee up front: Do it in high impact! knee up right, knee up left (4) knee up right (5) tap right outside (6) knee up right then down (7+8). My arms: 2x biceps curl both then my right arm turns out same time as my leg to triceps extension.
