Adductors Worth Adding

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 7176)

This is a short but sweet way work adductors at the end of a cardio intensive class or use as a transition in a sculpting class.

This can be used with or without a body bar.

Standing on your left foot, this is your center of gravity, and balancing with the body bar in front vertically holding with both arms. Make sure your participants do not lean on the bar. Hands on hips or out to the side if you do not have body bars.

Repeat on the left

This can be done in 16 or 8 count increments.
